Rapid engineering with FMEA analysis provides the manufacturing group with necessary information for your custom part.

ALLIE Will Assist In Every Step of the Development Process With:

  • In person meeting with customer to discuss needs and wants
  • Compile requirements and begin design of product in CAD software
  • Finalize part design
  • Utilize FEA and Fill simulation software (Checks that part will mold correctly)
  • Prototype product and check requirements
  • Mold design and construction
  • Product testing with mold
  • Final production begins
